Privacy Notice
How Dynamic Escalation Solutions collects, uses, and protects the information you share.

Who we are
Dynamic Escalation Solutions LLC, owned and operated by Yuval Gonen, is responsible for the information you share here (the data controller). You can reach us at yuval@yuvalgonencoaching.com.
What we collect
When you complete the Authority Leak Scorecard, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, work email, company, and your phone number if you add it. We also store the answers you select and any notes you type, so we can send your result and prepare for a Pressure Check if you book one.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your information to send your score and Authority Leak Map, to follow up about a Pressure Check, and to share occasional escalation-leadership insights. Under the EU and UK GDPR, our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by checking the box on the form. We do not make automated decisions about you.
Confidentiality
Anything you share in the Scorecard, a Pressure Check, or an engagement is treated as confidential. In line with the ICF Code of Ethics, we do not disclose client or prospective-client information without your permission, except where the law requires it. Paid engagements are governed by a separate NDA and MSA.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. You can also ask us to show you, correct, export, or delete your information, or to withdraw your consent, by emailing yuval@yuvalgonencoaching.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
For US residents
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you are a California resident, you can ask what we hold, request deletion, and not be treated differently for exercising those rights. Our emails follow the US CAN-SPAM Act, with a working unsubscribe link and our business contact details.
How we store it, and for how long
We store your information with our website and email providers, under their security controls. We keep it for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us, then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Sharing
We share your information only with the providers that help us run the Scorecard and our email, and only so they can do that work for us. We do not sell it.
Changes
We may update this notice. The current version is always posted here, with the date above.
